Cookie is the household operating system built for modern working families.
Families manage calendars, appointments, school forms, tasks, activities, and endless to-dos every day, but those responsibilities are often scattered across apps, sticky notes, texts, and one person's memory.
Cookie brings everything together in one shared place so the whole family can see what's happening, know what needs to get done, and share the responsibility. By organizing the invisible work of running a household, Cookie helps families stay connected, reduce stress, and ensure nothing falls through the cracks.
Cookie is built for busy working families, specifically parents aged 30 to 55 with kids between 5 and 18. But a Cookie Family goes well beyond mom and dad. Cookie is designed for anyone who helps run your household: grandparents, nannies, au pairs, babysitters, housekeepers, co-parents, and trusted family friends. If they help keep your family running, they belong in your Cookie Family.
Most tools solve one piece of the puzzle. A shared calendar here, a chore app there. Cookie is the only platform that brings it all together in one place: scheduling, task delegation, family contacts, document storage, a dedicated kids app, and an AI agent. It is also the only solution built with a truly inclusive definition of family, because no family is cookie-cutter.
Yes. Cookie is designed to help families stay coordinated, no matter their structure.
Co-parents and blended families can use Cookie to keep everyone aligned on schedules, activities, and important events without relying on constant texts or last-minute reminders. Each child has their own calendar, making it easy to track school events, sports practices, appointments, and other commitments in one shared place. If co-parents are entered as Supporting Team members, they will have instant access to the kids’ calendars and what’s expected of them around the house.
Cookie can also sync with subscribed calendars from platforms like PlayMetrics and TeamSnap, so updates automatically appear in Cookie. When schedules change, everyone stays informed - reducing confusion, streamlining communication, and helping families spend less time coordinating and more time focusing on what matters.
Our focus is first on the United States and Canada and plan to expand our reach over time. Since every country has different standards as it relates to privacy, we want to make sure we are thoughtfully making those decisions to expand.
Yes. Cookie comes pre-loaded with a task library covering vehicle maintenance, home maintenance, health and medical, financial and legal, pet care, and school and children's activities. You are not building your to-do list from zero. Each task supports notes, photo attachments, document links, recurrence settings, and a linked contact. Assign any task to any family member in a tap.
We integrate with Google calendar today, and are exploring integrations with other platforms like Apple calendar.
We are listening and want to make sure that we are building Cookie to best serve our families. In both the web and mobile versions of the application, there is a Feedback form. If you find a bug, feel free to submit it there or you can also send us suggestions for what you’d like to see in the app. We are working to constantly improve Cookie to meet the needs of your family.
We will be releasing updates regularly that will be pushed out through the Google Play and Apple stores. These updates will include bug fixes as well as push out new capabilities that you will be the first to pilot.
If you’re not quiet yet ready to join the Cookie Family, you can subscribe to our newsletter where we will be sharing relevant updates on the platform and features that we will be adding.
Visit mycookiefam.com to sign up. Create an account. From there, set up your family, invite your members, and start filling in the blank. Cookie does the heavy lifting from there.
Anyone who helps your household run and is critical infrastructure. For some families, that is two parents and a nanny. For others, it includes grandparents, a housekeeper, a co-parent, and a family friend who covers school pickup on Tuesdays. Cookie is built for all of it. If they are part of what makes your family work, they belong in Cookie.
Adult members receive an email invitation when you add them to your Cookie Family. Kids are added directly through your parent account, no email address required. Just download the app and scan the QR code generated from the parent’s account. If you’re looking for the QR code, it can be found under Settings -> Your Cookie Family -> Select Relevant Cookie family member.
No, children under the age of 18 cannot have their own accounts. They must be associated with an adult’s account.
We have built Cookie to be accessible via web, a mobile app, and a dedicated kids app. We know that you need to have access when you’re on the go and Cookie was built for those busy families.
Cookie doesn’t work with Alexa or Google Home right now. If this is important to you, let us know in the Feedback module located in both the web and mobile app and we can evaluate this functionality with all the others that users are suggesting.
The beauty of Cookie is that it is a standalone calendar that can interface with ANY platform. Simply utilize your Cookie email address to add to your Cookie calendar, so your family isn’t left asking what time your flight arrives home or where you are traveling. They know by a simple look at their Cookie calendar. If a specific integration matters to your family, tell us through the Feedback form in the app and we will factor it into our roadmap.
We have built a number of APIs already into Cookie. If you have specific needs for your family or your company, please feel free to reach out to us at support@mycookiefam.com and we can evaluate your request.
