We provide a calendar management, a centralized, delegable to-do list, and centralized contacts, working like a CRM (Customer Relationship Management) for your family. Instead of making families start from scratch, we are pre-populating tasks, workflows, and lots more so that you just have to fill in the blank, as time allows. We will save your family countless hours spent on assembling data and equip you with the tools to manage less and free up that time for more quality family time.
Cookie has been built specifically with busy families in mind because we believe that families deserve the same level of technology infrastructure that companies have to support their businesses. We recognize at Cookie that no family is cookie cutter and have built our infrastructure for your family to have that flexibility. We have made it easy to permission access to your kids schedules for childcare to easily view your schedules. You can share as much or as little as you would like, based on your level of trust. Most importantly, you can seamlessly make a childcare change, quickly porting out the old nanny and the new one in one click of a button.

Cookie is built by a working mom who has managed all the chaos while having a demanding career. Our goal is to anticipate as many of your needs as possible and make Cookie your centralized repository for truth for what’s happening in your family. Gone are the days of countless back and forth texts to answer one simple question that can be stored in one place for the whole family to access. Our integrated approach makes us unique, along with our dedicated Cookie Kids app, encouraging and teaching your kids to learn how to run a household while owning their part.
Yes, if you have a more complex structure to your family, we would recommend adding co-parents/grandparents as part of your support team. This will enable you to start by allowing those most important to your family to have real-time access to information related to the kids. If grandma and grandpa want to stop by the next soccer game, you don’t have to text back and forth all the details. They can easily view the event, and any relevant updates, through the Cookie mobile app.
Our focus is first on North America and plan to expand our reach over time. Since every country has different standards as it relates to privacy, we want to make sure we are thoughtfully making those decisions to expand.
Yes! Cookie has robust task tracking and assignment capabilities to make running your familiy's day-to-day easier than it's ever been.
We integrate with Google calendar today, and are exploring integrations with other platforms like Apple calendar.
We are listening and want to make sure that we are building Cookie to best serve our families. In both the web and mobile versions of the application, there is a Feedback form. If you find a bug, feel free to submit it there or you can also send us suggestions for what you’d like to see in the app. We are working to constantly improve Cookie to meet the needs of your family.
We will be releasing updates regularly that will be pushed out through the Google Play and Apple stores. These updates will include bug fixes as well as push out new capabilities that you will be the first to pilot.

We think that your Cookie Family should include anyone who is considered critical infrastructure for your family. For some families, that includes co-parents, grandparents, a nanny, and/or a housekeeper. For others, that may just be your immediate family. Cookie has been built to accommodate your family, regardless of the complexity.
Members of your Cookie family can be directly invited to participate in your Cookie family via email when you set the member up as part of your Cookie family. For kids, there is a QR code that can be scanned to download the app on the kid’s device.
No, children under the age of 18 cannot have their own accounts. They must be associated with an adult’s account.
We have built Cookie to be accessible via web, a mobile app, and a dedicated kids app. We know that you need to have access when you’re on the go and Cookie was built for those busy families.
Cookie doesn’t work with Alexa or Google Home right now. If this is important to you, let us know in the Feedback module located in both the web and mobile app and we can evaluate this functionality with all the others that users are suggesting.
We intergate with Google Calendar, to easily pull your calendar appointments into Cookie to one, central location. We do not integrate with Slack or WhatsApp today.

If you're not satisfied, you can cancel your subscription at any time at least 1 day before the monthly payment, if applicable, is due. If you have any questions about your subscription, you can always email support@mycookiefam.com.
Only you can see your family's information. You can invite caregivers, family members, and your support circle to access your Cookie account as well so that everyone has what they need to fully participate in your Cookie family.
